Return and refund

• Your request must be sent by e-mail to info@labasket.be within 7 calendar days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receipt of your order.

• The products you return must be unworn and in their original, perfectly intact packaging. No traces of wear/use will be accepted. Otherwise, no returns will be accepted. (Photos may be requested to know the condition of the product before its return)

• You must imperatively protect the product and its packaging with a shipping box provided for this purpose in order to prevent it from being damaged during its transport. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to request compensation.

REFUND

• Indicate that you are returning your product to us for a refund

• Indicate your order number

• Indicate the first and last name used for the order

• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer

• Sale items are neither refunded nor exchanged (purchase made online or in store)

• Gift vouchers are neither refunded nor exchanged (purchase made online or in store)

RETURN STATUS

If we accept your return, the refund will be effective on the means of payment used during your order, within 14 calendar days from the receipt of your return by our team.

If your return is refused , you will be informed by e-mail within 7 calendar days of receipt of your return by our team. We can return the product to the address of your choice, at your expense .
